Mame Fely, along with her family, has been crafting these delicacies for over 9 years. Born and raised in the province, she learned the art of creating Filipino snacks from her ancestors, using recipes passed down through generations. With love and care, she perfected the recipes for some of our favorite treats like Puto Cheese, Nilupak, Sapin-Sapin, and Pichi-Pichi.
